The leading presidential candidates will participate in dueling town halls on the night they were supposed to debate in one.
However, they’ll be doing them in different locations and on different networks. President Trump will be on NBC and Democrat Joe Biden on ABC at 8 Eastern tomorrow night. President Trump refused to participate in the virtual town hall debate that was scheduled for tomorrow.
