President Trump says his lawyers will decide the scope of his Constitutional duties regarding Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Trump said he doesn’t know all the legal details involving the courts and deportation, so he leaves that up to Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Garcia was deported to El Salvador in what the White House initially called an “administrative error” but has since said he’s a member of the MS-13 gang. Trump did say the courts are stopping him from doing his elected duty to deport bad people.
