Trump says the country is in a “tender time” right now as it reels from the scenes of pro-Trump extremists vandalizing the Capitol and beating police officers. But he said it’s also time for the nation to heal. President Trump made his remarks in the Rio Grande Valley where he promoted his tough immigration policies and marked the completion of 450 miles of walls across the southern border Tuesday.
