President Trump is calling for a “softer touch” when it comes to handling immigration enforcement in Minnesota.
In an NBC interview that aired Wednesday, Trump said that was one of the takeaways he got from his recent enforcement surge in Minneapolis.
The statement came after Trump’s border czar Tom Homan announced that some 700 federal agents were being withdrawn from the Minneapolis enforcement surge.
