A pair of men have been arrested in connection with a alleged kidnapping and robbery in Dallas. Authorities believe the incident occurred around the 7100 block of Lake June Road.
The suspects are believed to have kidnapped a man and taken him to another location to steal his property. The two have been identified as 28-year-old Oscar Ceballos and 42-year-old Santos Ortiz. The investigation is ongoing.
