TX Gov Gives Businesses Power To Enact COVID Restrictions

Texas businesses are being allowed to set their own coronavirus restrictions and mask requirements.

Republican Governor Greg Abbott announced Tuesday statewide occupancy requirements and the face covering mandate will end on March 10th. He’s still encouraging Texans to follow all CDC COVID prevention guidelines.

Abbott says county judges can enact their own COVID restrictions, if certain hospital levels are met, but no one can be jailed.
