More than a decade after the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, a U.S. technology company and the Malaysian government are launching a new search for the wreckage.

The Boeing 777 was carrying 239 passengers and crew members, most of them Chinese nationals, when it vanished on March 8th, 2014. It is believed to have crashed in the southern Indian Ocean.

Austin-based marine robotics company Ocean Infinity spent months searching for the remains of the aircraft in 2018, but company officials hope to now try again with advanced technology.
