The University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley is moving up on an annual list of the best colleges in Texas. Niche-dot-com ranked UTRGV 12th on last year’s list.
The education-themed platform ranked the university 11th this year. Rice University was ranked first overall in the state, followed by UT-Austin and Texas A&M.
