By The University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley is reporting a record number of students for the spring semester.
The university says 32-thousand 429 students were enrolled in classes when the semester started this month. That number includes nearly 46-hundred graduate students, which is also a new record. Spring enrollment was up nearly three percent from the same time last year.
