By The University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley has agreed to buy a newspaper building in McAllen. AIM Media Texas announced Friday that the building at 14-hundred East Nolana Avenue will be sold to the university.
The building houses The Monitor, The Brownsville Herald, The Valley Morning Star and My-RGV-dot-com. The company has been using the building since 2004. Details of the sale are still being negotiated.
