A man wanted in connection with a murder investigation in Victoria has been found and arrested in Brownsville. Thirty-one-year-old Charles Lee Brazil was taken into custody Thursday.
Authorities have been searching for Brazil since August 30th, when 23-year-old Tyler Gamez was shot and killed in Victoria. Several agencies were involved in the search for Brazil, including the FBI, the U.S. Marshals Service, and police officers in Victoria, Houston and Brownsville.
