State Senator Paul Bettencourt has filed a complaint with the Secretary of State’s office, saying that voters are being allowed to register using a Post Office Box. That, he says, is a clear violations of the law. The complaint focuses on Houston. But, since filing, he’s been made aware of similar problems across the state.
