Texas is growing quickly. And, in order to keep up, a newly-released report says the state needs to find more sources of drinking water.

Daniel Oney at the Texas Real Estate Research Center says that new technology is expensive. The good news? He says the research shows we have enough water for the present and near term. But, he warns, cities will not be able to put off investment forever.
