Investigators say a woman drank alcohol before a deadly crash in Alamo last month. Police were called to the one-thousand block of Sioux Road on February 25th. They found the body of 20-year-old Elian Ramses Ramirez at the scene.

Further investigation led to the arrest of Paola Monserrat Reyes on charges of intoxication manslaughter. A criminal complaint indicated that Reyes told investigators she drank five beers a few hours before the crash. She’s been released from jail on a 100-thousand-dollar bond.
