A woman has been arrested after her two children were found dead in a vehicle on Saturday.
The woman, identified as Tiona Islar, told the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office her two young children died after being left in a hot car.
Sheriff Javier Salazar said there were “inconsistencies” with her story however, and the sheriff’s office is still working to learn how the children died.
