A woman is facing charges after a child died inside a daycare van in Brownsville. Police were called to the Learning Club Preschool on Paredes Line Road Friday afternoon after the four-year-old’s body was found.
Thirty-four-year-old Karen Silva was arrested Friday and charged with injury to a child causing death. She was arraigned Saturday and given a ten-thousand-dollar bond.
Police say the case is still under investigation and more details will be released as they become available.
