The days of workers hopping from one job to another is over. The latest studies show that people are “job hugging.” That’s true in Texas.

Glenn Hamer, who heads the Texas Association of Business, says this is a good thing for both bosses and their workers.

Companies, he says, thrive when the staff is experienced. And he says bosses are more likely to invest in training and skills development when they know their staff is staying.
