Wray In Spotlight In Hearing On Domestic Terrorism, Capitol Attack

F-B-I Director Chris Wray says the January 6th attack on the Capitol was clearly criminal behavior and an act of domestic terrorism.

Wray testified in a Senate hearing and said hundreds of suspects have been identified in a wide-ranging, ongoing investigation. He noted that domestic terrorism has been brewing for years and remains a top priority for the FBI.

Capitol security officials have blamed faulty intelligence for the lack of preparedness. Wray expressed particular concerns about threats of violence against law enforcement officials.
