Some Texas Democrats are returning to the state after breaking quorum to stop a Republican-led redistricting effort.

Ken Martin, who heads the Democratic National Committee, praised their protest saying that it lit a fire that’s spreading across the country. When the lawmakers return, the GOP will push to quickly pass legislation that re-draws the state’s congressional boundaries.
