The State Department has been denying visas to anyone celebrating the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Tuesday they have “most certainly been denying visas,” but did not say how many have been denied.
FBI Director Kash Patel will face more questions about the Kirk shooting today when he testifies before the House. Patel’s handling of the Kirk case has drawn criticism, with some claiming the suspect was caught only because his father turned him in. The 31-year-old Kirk was fatally shot one week ago while speaking at a rally in Utah.
