Police say one suspect is in custody and another is being sought after a weekend vandalism in Brownsville. Thirty-two solar lamps were damaged along the Belden Trail.
Surveillance video led police to arrest one juvenile suspect, and investigators are working to identify the other suspect. Damage was estimated at around 20-thousand dollars.
