A judge is extending the forced closure of a McAllen nightclub. The judge extended the temporary restraining order for the Noxx nightclub for another two weeks yesterday. The City of McAllen filed for the restraining order earlier this month after a crash that killed Jacob Rodriguez. The 18-year-old driver was allegedly part of a group that was drinking at the club before the crash. The city has filed a lawsuit asking for an order that would permanently close the club.
