Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller is suddenly facing headwinds in his run for re-election. First it was Governor Greg Abbott who endorsed his opponent, Nate Sheets.
Now, Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham has done the same. She accused Miller of “misconduct and misbehavior.” Last year, one of Miller’s former friends told a Texas Ranger that the commissioner asked him to dispose of three bags of marijuana and gummies because he was afraid that the DEA might find them on his property.
