ICE’s planned expansion is heavily concentrated in Texas, with at least nine leasing projects underway.
A building on San Antonio’s northwest side is reportedly being eyed for administrative offices. This is separate from a proposed immigrant processing center on the east side. ICE is also looking at offices in suburban Houston, El Paso and Eagle Pass.
