Musician Ramon Ayala, Junior, is facing another lawsuit over claims of sexual assault during tours.
The lawsuit filed earlier this week in Hidalgo County accuses Ayala of outrageous conduct, including biting, grabbing and unwanted sexual acts.
The plaintiff is seeking damages for physical injury, emotional trauma and professional harm. It’s the third lawsuit filed against Ayala in the last month.
