Two men will be tried next month for allegedly beating and killing a man in rural Edinburg. Israel Samilpa and Jose Estrada will be tried on murder and manslaughter charges on April 13th.
Investigators say Samilpa, Estrada and a third man beat 43-year-old Roberto Carlos Ornelas to death before dumping his body outside his home. The third suspect, 51-year-old Enrique Salaiz, will be arraigned on March 30th.
