The Texas Supreme Court is ordering the gay rights group PFLAG to turn over sensitive medical documents about doctors treatment of transgender children.
The State Attorney General’s office wants them as part of an investigation. AG Ken Paxton believes rogue doctors are trying to get around a state ban by using medical codes to hide the treatments. Hormones would be prescribed for a different disorder, he claims.
