By A Southwest jet, sitting on the tarmac at Houston’s Hobby Airport, had to be brought back to the gate and emptied when a taser was found on board. All of the passengers, who were going to Dallas, had to be re-screened.
The incident comes as airport operations have been strained, due to a Homeland Security funding lapse. That’s left TSA agents working without pay.
