A Rio Grande City man is pleading not guilty to capital murder following two February deaths in Penitas. Thirty-six-year-old Juan Antonio Alvarado entered his plea in 92nd District Court on Monday.
The bodies of Mario Morales, Junior, and Maria Del Socorro Farias were found inside a burned vehicle on February 3rd. Six suspects have been arrested, and three other men are also facing capital murder charges.
