It will soon cost more to enjoy some beaches in Cameron County. Commissioners approved a three-dollar increase for beach entry fees Tuesday.
Day passes at six locations will increase to 15 dollars, and RV site fees will also go up at Isla Blanca and Andy Bowie parks. The changes go into effect on October 1st.
