The State Attorney General’s office is touting their new case management and customer service system used by their Child Support Division.

The “Children Are My Priority,” or ChAMP, system is a secure, cloud-based system, designed to improve efficiency, streamline case processing and provide better interaction with Texas families who rely on child support services.

Since launching in June, the system has already processed over three-million payments totaling 614-million dollars in child support. The ChAMP system now also includes a Self-Service Portal, where parents can log in at any time to view their cases and payment information.

The Texas AG’s office has the nation’s largest child support program, managing around a million-and-a-half cases, collecting over four-billion dollars every year.
