The NYPD is arresting pro-Palestinian protesters in Brooklyn. One day after similar protests at Columbia University, a protest group set up an encampment Thursday in the quad at Brooklyn College. By 5 pm, school officials had asked the NYPD for help. Social media livestreams showed 50-to-100 officers clashing with protesters.

Unofficial reports say as many as eight people were arrested. The campus was clear with limited police presence by Thursday night.
