A secret spy camera has been discovered inside the bathroom of a popular Houston Mexican restaurant. The 31-year old man accused of placing it there has been arrested. Bayson Pu is charged with felony invasive visual recording.
Police would not say how the cameras were found or how long they may have been inside the bathroom of the Lupe Tortilla off the Katy Freeway
