A Brownsville woman is facing charges for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from her employer. The Harlingen Police Department arrested Yuliana Perez last week.
Investigators say Perez diverted money from Valley Cancer Associates into her own personal accounts between May of last year and April of this year. She reportedly disguised the thefts by making them look like legitimate expenses from established vendors. She allegedly stole 750 thousand dollars through her actions.
