The head of Camp Mystic, where 27-kids and counselors died in last year’s flood, is blaming the state for not doing more to warn summer camps about the coming storm.

Edward Eastland was shown various alerts that went off before the flood, in court, during a hearing that’s now in day two. He said they were not enough. The parents of one of the victims is trying to stop Camp Mystic from re-opening as the investigation plays out.
