Former FBI Director James Comey says he’s “still innocent” after being indicted for the second time by the Department of Justice.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche on Tuesday accused Comey of an alleged threat to kill President Trump. The latest charges stem from an image that Comey posted last year that showed seashells arranged on the beach to spell “86-47.”

The Justice Department claims the message is a death to the president. Last year, the DOJ charged Comey for allegedly lying to Congress, but the case was thrown out on technical grounds.
