A San Antonio couple is accused of operating a scheme to defraud elderly people out of money and property.
Richard Morin and Rosa Duran reportedly stole homes using phony or forged title documents and liens. They’re charged with financial abuse of the elderly and fraudulent securing of document execution.
Adam Green is accused of conspiring with the couple, and is also charged with financial abuse of the elderly. Investigators say Morin and Duran had set up shell companies between themselves and other conspirators.
