Newly released data shows that once again, more people moved to Texas than any other state last year. U-Haul released information about the number of one-way movers into and out of each state.
Texas topped the list of most popular states to move to, followed by the Southern states of Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina. The top five states people are fleeing are California, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts.
