The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a deadly crash near Palmview. The crash happened last Friday night on Texas Road south of Freedom Avenue.
Investigators say a Chevy Malibu traveling on the wrong side of the road hit a Ford Fusion head-on. Nineteen-year-old Brianna Saucedo of Mission and 25-year-old Jonathan Tellez-Sosa of Penitas died in the crash. Two other people were hospitalized in critical condition.
