Rio Grande Valley residents will begin early voting for the November 4th election on Monday. This year’s ballot will feature 17 constitutional amendments approved by state lawmakers earlier this year.
Several local elections will be decided, including races for mayor and city council in Edinburg. Hidalgo County will have 29 polling locations available for early voting, while Cameron County will have 21.
