By The City of Elsa has lifted a boil water notice that was issued earlier this week. The notice was issued on Monday after pressure in the water system dropped significantly due to a water main break.
The city announced Wednesday that water samples sent to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality passed the tests needed to lift the order.
