An Elsa man has died from injuries he received in a crash in Edinburg. Twenty-year-old Oscar Villarreal reportedly died Monday.
Investigators say Villarreal rear-ended a van in the center lane of the northbound I-69C frontage road on March 27th. Villarreal was ejected from his motorcycle during the crash.
