A federal agency is accepting public comments on a proposed SpaceX land swap. The company wants to trade nearly 700 acres of land it currently owns for more than 700 acres in the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is preparing an environmental assessment on the proposed deal. Public input on the swap will be accepted until March 31st.
