The Federal Trade Commission is warning consumers about another scam involving Amazon. It actually has nothing to do with the international e-commerce company but with fraudsters. They’re sending phony text messages that claim to be from Amazon, saying an item you bought has been recalled.

The FTC says don’t fall for it and don’t click on the link offering a full refund or you could get ripped off by scammers who are after your money and personal information.
