Prices are still one the rise at the gas pump. Triple A reports Thursday’s national average for a gallon of regular gas is four-dollars-and-55-cents. That’s up two cents from Wednesday and 25-cents from a week ago.
The jump comes despite the price of oil plunging, with the cost of U.S. crude oil falling as much as 15-percent. Drivers in California are seeing the highest average price at six-16 a gallon.
