Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Shooting In Rural Edinburg

The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting in rural Edinburg. The shooting was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 62-hundred block of Adventure Avenue.

A 16-year-old girl was taken to the hospital after the shooting and is reportedly in stable condition. Investigators are looking for a dark-colored SUV that may be connected to the shooting.
