Officials are confirming the on-campus death of a MacArthur High School teacher on Thursday. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identifies the teacher as Timothy Kitterman, but his cause and manner of death haven’t yet been determined.
An email from the school’s principal said the teacher died after suffering a medical emergency during first period. Kitterman was an American Sign Language teacher at MacArthur, which named him teacher of the year in 2019.
