Hill Country Lawsuit

The first of what will likely be many lawsuits has been filed over the deadly Texas Hill Country floods.

The family of two victims is suing the RV campground where they were staying on the Fourth of July weekend. It accuses the owners of HTR Texas Hill Country Resort of ignoring the flood warnings and failing to notify guests of the risk. It’s seeking more than one-million dollars in financial relief.
