Immigration and Customs Enforcement is putting a detention center in south Texas under quarantine because of the measles.
The Department of Homeland Security said Sunday that two detainees with active measles infections were found Friday. All movement at the Dilley Immigration Processing Center has stopped and those who may have made contact with the infected detainees are quarantined.
The U.S. is currently seeing a resurgence of measles cases after spread of the disease was effectively stopped years ago.
