A man is facing several charges on accusations that he kidnapped a student and injected him with an unknown substance.
According to court documents, Ted Fleming allegedly approached the student near Aldine High School last week and a staff member called for help after noticing the student stumbling.
Fleming was detained at the scene. The student’s condition remains unknown.
