A Porter man is facing several charges after allegedly kidnapping a girl walking her dog on Christmas Day. The victim’s father was able to track her location through her phone and found her in a truck in a secluded area.
The suspect, identified as 23-year-old Giovanni Rosales Espinoza, has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and indecency with a child and remains held without bond.
